• Personal Data: Email address, First name and last name, Phone number, Location Data, and Profile Picture.
• Usage Data: Information on how the Service is accessed and used, such as interactions with other players, games joined, and payments.
• Location Data: We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so. We use this data to show nearby sports events and matches.

SportNest uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To notify you about changes to our Service, upcoming matches, or payment statuses.

• To detect, prevent and address technical issues or fraudulent behavior.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account directly from within the SportNest app via the Profile settings, or you can contact us to request data deletion.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g., Google Cloud, Firebase, Stripe for payments). These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

6. Adults Only (18+) Ecosystem

To ensure a safe, legally compliant, and mature environment, SportNest is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older:

• Age Verification: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Our system automatically blocks registrations from anyone under 18 based on the date of birth provided.
• No Minor Data: In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 of Malaysia, we do not intentionally collect, store, or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

This separation is automatically enforced by our system based on the date of birth provided during registration.
